I have served as Development Director for Dress for Success and Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, leading fundraising efforts, securing grants, and driving impactful community initiatives. Additionally, I have provided contract grant writing services for various organizations, helping them secure critical funding for growth and sustainability.
Before launching my business, I managed community and internal employee engagement for TJX Inc. (TJ Maxx), where I developed corporate social responsibility initiatives, strengthened brand engagement, and fostered connections between employees and the communities they serve.
