About

I teach individuals in their home for a private class setting and/or small classes for beginners to advanced students. Each class is designed specifically for the students needs and abilities. By limiting the number of students, you are able to have a better understanding of the yoga poses and the proper alignment reducing the risk of injury.

To me, teaching Yoga isn't a job! Yoga has and continues to be a blessing in my life. To pass this knowledge and to watch students grow their own strengths, increase flexibility is a humbling process.
