I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Working together, we will co-create a lifestyle program that fits your life, time and budget.
My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: reflexology, tobacco cessation, infertility, weight loss and stress management, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies, vegetarian nutrition, raw and vegan nutrition as well as emotional eating disorders.
In addition to my Six Month and Three Month Accelerated Programs, I also offer the following services to individuals and groups: Supermarket and Health Food Store tours, Cooking classes including Delicious Plant Based Meals and Snacks, Lectures, Diet Analysis and Pantry Makeovers
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
