About

I have experience teaching various forms of yoga, from gentle flow to vinyasa to restorative. I enjoy introducing yoga to new students as well as helping existing students deepen their practice.

I also hold a certification in trauma informed yoga therapy and with that work I help to facilitate healing in those battling anxiety disorders, addiction, depression; those who have experienced trauma in any capacity.

I enjoy yoga, both in practice and in teaching. I've used it to heal from 2 back surgeries and believe in it's power to help heal your body and your mind.
