My name is Maryann and I offer a variety of formats including Yoga Pilates, Barre and méditation instruction for private individuals, small or large groups private parties, corporate or public events.
In addition to being a 500 RYT , I am an advanced Les Mills Bodyflow and LMBarre instructor and an ACE certified Personal Trainer, healthy living coach, and an ACE certified weight management specialist. I facilitate in both the live and virtual classroom and one/one setting.
As I have been teaching since 1995, I am experienced with children and adults including special populations. My experience includes community outreach and the presentation of workshops in the local area involving movement and/or content only health/wellness courses.
I'm affiliated with several clubs in New Castle County including YMCADE, JCC, Christiana Care, University of Delaware and others.
