I believe that yoga is for ALL bodies, regardless of mobility, age, or anything else. I have been practicing yoga for years and received my 200-hour certification in 2017. I am also certified to teach mindfulness and yoga to teens, and prenatal/postpartum yoga. I focus on bringing balance through breath work, meditation, and asana (the poses themselves).
