Yoga is the science of cultivating harmony from the inside out, breath by breath becoming more aware and empowered to create the reality you want to experience. I guide yogis of all levels and backgrounds to remember the power and wisdom already within them. Breath by breath, my clients find more resiliency, ease, compassion, and enthusiasm for life.
I have a decade of yoga teaching experience and an endless supply of enthusiasm for this practice! I'm also a meditation teacher, breathwork guide, and flower essence practitioner.
I teach a variety of yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, and my specialty is crafting a class specific to my client's needs. I have my RYT 200 and 500, and through my advanced studies I've learned how to curate a class that works with a practitioner's specific energy (including their nervous system, dosha, and any imbalances that may be present). My RYT 500 is from the Himalayan tradition's Sri Vidya lineage of Tantric Hatha yoga, which is immensely healing on a deep, nervous system level. If you're curious about the healing, stabilizing, and joy-inducing effects of working with the breath in a deeper way, this is your practice!
My journey as a student and teacher has taught me how capable we all are of taking up more space and feeling good in our bodies, and I guide clients into recognizing the spaciousness, freedom, and presence that's already within them. You'll leave a session with me feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected to yourself and others.
I happily offer guided meditation and/or breathwork as well, and I'm currently taking clients for flower essence consultations.
