My passion is to empower individuals to take responsibility for their health and fitness. I show clients how to create stability, mobility, and balance in their minds, body, and spirit. I offer four types of physical fitness: Alignment Yoga, Mindful Strength, and Cardio Interval Training. I also offer meditation and reiki energy healing when physical exercise is not enough. I teach at a location that is most comfortable for the student. I have over 1,000 registered hours of health & wellness training.
