Welcome! I support busy women who struggle to make time for themselves through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. I know that just a few short moments of mindfulness can improve your entire day, and I am passionate about helping my busy students integrate mindful habits to relieve stress and create calm energy.
As a 200hr RYT, I have been teaching vinyasa and gentle yoga for over a year, and I absolutely love what I do! I prioritize finding postures, pacing and breath work that my students feel most connected to and fulfilled by in their minds and bodies.
