Hi! I’m Nadia and I teach Hatha Yoga. I have started on my yoga journey about 12 years ago during my first pregnancy. I am a special edu need specialist and have been teaching all my life, so it didn’t take me long to get certified as a yoga teacher too. I completed a 500 hrs Diploma Course with the British Wheel of Yoga back in England, where I lived for most of my life before moving to USA last year. I have been teaching students of all ability levels and ages for over 5 years now.

I teach all aspects of Hatha Yoga to small groups, but mainly on 1:1 basis - that way you get the maximum learning experience through a practice that is safe and precisely tailored to your needs and aspirations.
