Our ultimate goal is to bring the body into homeostasis (balance) and through uncovering imbalances in body, mind, and spirit we can then address and treat them with plant allies, nutrition, personal practices, and lifestyle changes.
These consultations are not simply to treat symptoms, but rather have a holistic and in depth conversation in which clients are heard and listened to. It is a conversation of discovery and exploration, and I aim to leave clients feeling hopeful and empowered!

Through my studies with Spoonful Herbals and Sweetgrass Herbals in Vermont, along with my own experience interacting with flowers and herbs, I have gained knowledge and insights into how we can help to heal our mental and physical bodies with support from plants and people. It is not about finding the magical “cure”, but rather what tools we can add to our toolbox to feel guided and nourished. We can work to target specific physical health obstacles and find the right plants and essences to help ease symptoms and get to the root of the issue, as well as explore your own energetics, goals, and internal blocks to find a path forward where you can step into a greater and more easeful experience of life. I combine Western Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, Ayurveda, food as medicine, and Energetic healing practices in my work.

PRIVATE & GROUP YOGA CLASSES
In my one-on-one sessions you will experience the healing transformation of yoga, meditation, movement, and mindfulness. I will cater our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals, be it cultivating a breathwork practice, slowing down, working on strength, building a functional alignment-based practice or all of it. These sessions are personalized to fit your unique, individual needs and desires. All bodies, ages, and gender expressions are welcome. My goal as a teacher is to create a grounding space in which to explore breath, sensations, and connect with the body and each practitioner's inner truth while giving care and attention to strength-building and anatomical alignment to prevent injury and create a sustainable, long-lasting practice. A consistent mind/body practice can serve as a powerful tool to break patterns of addictions, create a greater commitment to oneself, build empathy and resilience, and more.
