Food is prepared using fresh and the finest ingrediants, nothing is prepackaged, all natural. My cakes are made from scratch. I continue to cook the way my grandmother and mother cooked. My heart goes into my food. My cost of service rendered, very reasonable. I've been in the business long enoung to know that 99% of the catering companies overcharge. I've also worked, part-time with a lot of the surrounding catering companies, banquet halls and kitchens. Although I will not name these places I started out in their establishments. I developed my own style of cooking and learned the don'ts from working with others. When it came time for my wedding day, I was extremely disappointed at the price I was being charged for my reception, my menu was so simple, how could it cost so much. I eventually catered my own wedding and made my own wedding cake. The rest is history. God Bless!
