In 2010, Chef Avi launched "Avics Kitchen" in Manila, Philippines, offering a unique blend of gourmet delicacies, including pâtés, terrines, tapenades, smoked sausages, and meats. These delicacies were distributed through local and city-wide affiliates. Chef Avi's culinary journey began much earlier. She honed her skills globally with brands like Four Seasons and St. Regis, living in diverse locales from New Delhi to the Bahamas. Alongside her partner Francois Pelaez, a Michelin-starred chef, they eventually opened a restaurant in the south of France, "A L'Ombre des Muriers." This restaurant quickly became a favorite of attendees of prestigious events like the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. The clientele ranged from movie stars to fashion models. Chef Avi also showcased her culinary talents as a Sous Chef at the Radisson Blu hotel in Cannes.
