I have been in the culinary industry for over 25 years, and I am greatly passionate about food. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. I have held many positions in the culinary field, from opening up a restaurant in Manhattan NY, to the Banquet chef of a large resort in Captiva FL, and a large casino in Lincoln, California.
