20 years of experience cooking delicious authentic Indian cuisine. 14+ years of experience teaching cooking classes professionally at Fairfax County Public Schools (Adult Education Department) as well as privately in-home.

I love to teach easy, delicious food in a fun hands on method. The recipes include vegan recipes and are cooked using fresh ingredients . The rates are reasonable and I buy all the grocery. The food you cook is taken home by you to enjoy with your family/friends. I am available to provide support after the class is over. The class includes salad, curries, rice dishes and desserts.
