Individual attention to a student is important to me. That attention will continue to shape their future and inspire others as well. The knowledge and experience i acquire through publishing my drumming magazine has given me a strong sense of what drummers have problems with and how they learn. With this information I'm able to share this with my private students with a great advantage.
What I like most about my job is empowering students to be creative and build self confidence. I learn and understand what problems arise from every new attempt at teaching something. It helps me to be a better educator and performer as well.
