Fun Drum Lessons with a Serious Pro! 25 years teaching experience combined with 34 years as a professional musician. I am an enthusiastic, optimistic cheerleader and mentor to drummers of all ages and abilities. I have world class recording credits from David Bowie to your local neighborhood singer songwriter and I've played literally thousands of gigs worldwide. I'm happy to report that I've been nominated for "Session Musician of the Year" in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Boston Music Awards. Teaching drums is just plain fun for me and I really enjoy seeing my students grow into their personal musicianship. We laugh together and we learn together. Playing the drums well is not easy but super rewarding so even the smallest amount of progress my people make is a huge thrill for me.
