About

I have been teaching lessons and coaching swimmers for almost 30 years. I have been fortunate to have coached swimmers at Olympic trials, national championships, local championships, master swimmers, age group swimmers and beginners. I have owned and operated my own swim schools and teams since 2005. Having coached thousands of swimmers and seen more then 10,000 swimmers through my programs, I am enjoying building our program here in South Florida. My unique approach to stroke technique offers a great opportunity for all swimmers from beginners, masters and pro swimmers to gain experience and see fast improvement.

I also specialize in cross training of athletes in other sports such as tennis, MMA, boxing, kick boxing, rugby, football, soccer and train there skills in the water creating resistance and help increase their range of motion among many other benefits and skills
