I founded my company, Mind Body Aligned, as a platform to improve women's holistic health.
With my background in chiropractic medicine and training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, I specialize in weight loss, thyroid hormone balance, and gut health conditions.
Because of this background in using food as medicine, I do not count calories for clients or do macros. All calories are not equal in terms of how they are used and needed by the body, so this goes against my training.
I bring an evidence based approach to creating high quality nutritional and lifestyle plans for my clients.
