As a previous cosmetologist for 35 years (as of Aug 2020), I found I really loved the 'salon chair coaching' aspect of hair dressing and decided to hone those skills and I studied and became certified and a master in: TCM, Health and Life Coaching.
I love empowering women (men too!) to live and be their best self, so that they can take back control of not only their health, but their lives too!
I provide my clients with transformational coaching services and programs with a way of breaking down things so that they can follow through like they never have before and with lasting results such as: clearing clutter and better organization, getting their business off the ground, restarted or growing, reducing stress, reducing weight, regaining energy, improving relationships, improving health issues and diseases, increasing confidence and increasing finances.
I have repeatedly found during my four years of professionally coaching clients, personally or in groups, that when one area of our life is off, other areas are usually affected, and off too! I also have found and believe that everyone's life and their bodies are unique and work to optimize what works for their unique lifestyle and body type.
