As a Reiki Teacher and energy healer, she helps people bring their body, mind and spirit back to its natural state of well being and alignment. She also specializes in Reiki and Sound Healing for musicians. She is health conscious and lives a holistic lifestyle.

I love seeing people feeling refreshed and renewed after a session. I love when they go into a relaxed Alpha, deep Theta or even sleeping Delta state of consciousness. This is when I can tell they were really able to relax and heal.
