Jamie is an intuitive wellness expert and dedicated practitioner of holistic healing arts. As a seasoned yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga, Jamie has been leading classes, workshops and trainings for over 8 years.
In addition to her yoga training, Jamie is a certified Reiki level 3 practitioner, teacher and energy healer, specializing in a variety of energy healing modalities to promote overall wellness and relaxation in her clients. Jamie is also a shamanic healing facilitator, integrating ancient indigenous wisdom into her practice to offer a unique and transformative healing experience.
As the founder of Sacred Social House, Jamie is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where clients can connect with their bodies, minds and spirits. The studio offers a wide range of classes and workshops that cater to all levels of practice, from beginner to advanced, and she encourages her clients to explore and experiment with different forms of healing and self-care.
