As an integrated healer I create a safe space for healing and help clients reunite with their true authentic self. Symptoms of being out of alignment your true self include:
-Not feeling comfortable in your own skin
-Experiencing sadness, depression, and hopelessness on a regular basis
-Negative self talk and doubt that is impacting both your personal and professional life
-You are anxious and constantly moving, doing and achieving
-Patterns of entering unhealthy relationships
-Life is just hard, things never seem to go your way. Two steps forward is usually followed by 3 steps back.
-Loss of purpose, mission. “Is this all there is?”
When we are born into this world we are whole. We know we have value just because we are alive. However, throughout our life’s journey when we experience some level of T/trauma, are reprimanded for being ourselves, or accept the expectations of others (parents, teachers, friends, religious leaders, and more) over our own we lose a part of ourselves. Some eventually wake up and realize they are no longer whole, instead it’s as if they are a puzzle shattered on the floor and they don’t know where or how to start picking up the pieces.
By incorporating shamanism, breath work, intuitive healing, mental energy work, crystal healing, shadow work and visualizations, and more we are able to dissipate and transmute biophotons, memories, traumas and entities stuck in the person’s biofield and at the cellular level. As clients release they feel lighter and connected with themselves on multiple levels. They reunite with their highest self and their central channel and chakras move more smoothly. This creates a balance to better support them throughout their day, weeks and life.
