Hello! My name is Misty, and I'm a second degree Reiki practitioner. Reiki is a channeled energy healing technique allowing the energy to flow from me, to you, in the areas of healing you need most, whether that's physical, emotional, or spiritual. I'm proud to have received my training from the San Francisco Reiki Center which boasts a short lineage of reiki masters who have passed down the attunements to me. (Only six masters before me). The art of reiki is beneficial in receiving a strong spiritual meditation, balancing of chakras, improved health, and improved sleep.
