How We Work Together
We'll have two sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
You'll have continuous support through text, WhatsApp, email, and quick calls.
You'll get resources, strategies, and a personalized curriculum.
Expect a deep commitment and a trusting client relationship.
If you want to overcome trauma or addiction, this will usually take more than two sessions, but only as many as you need, and surely less than you think.
