With my guidance, you will systematically get your life back on track... and gain the motivation to move in the direction of your goals. Common themes in the last few years have been impulse control, generalized anxiety, chronic stress manifesting in illness, a disconnected sense of loneliness and faltering relationships.
Though these patterns are humanly common, my approach is wholy unique to each person. Plan on using your mind and emotional muscles to work through some guided self-reflection and purposeful action after each session. We will meet up again to discuss your progress or possible set-backs and make a plan to move forward.
