Hello - I am a passionate certified leadership coach with over 20 years experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, executive coaching, life and career coaching. I have my coaching certification from Emory University’s Goizueta’s School of Business and completed undergrad and graduate studies in both Business and Psychology. I am currently enrolled in a graduate program to obtain my Doctorate of Psychology so I can practice licensed clinical psychology. And finally, I am in process of completing my certification in trauma-informed coaching so I can help support victims of trauma in leading happier, healthier lives.
I use my coaching practice daily in my “day job” leading the Field Human Resources team at Athleta. While Athleta’s brand mission is to ignite the true potential of women and girls, I have a personal mission to do the same for all the individuals who I coach and counsel.
In todays world where emotional, financial, mental and physical stressors are overwhelming for so many people - I will help you prioritize self care, mindfulness and wellbeing to achieve both your personal and professional goals.
I love to coach, teach, mentor and tutor people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. In addition to executive, life, and career coaching services, I am also available for HR consulting work or to mentor/tutor anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge in the field of Human Resources, including SHRM certification test preparation.
My sessions typically run 1 hour but I’m happy to customize based on each client’s specific needs.
