My name is Dana Nickum, I am a life coach (NLP trained and certified) and a fitness educator. I help clients live their best life by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, clients will reach their highest aspirations. Don't worry, I wont try to train you like Rocky, I am just here to motivate you, to get you moving and teach you how to fit some exercise into your busy life.
I have completed the NLP Life Coach Certification course created by David Key who is a Transformative Coach, Principles Teacher, NLP Trainer and Best Selling Author. David Key is dedicated to helping people realize their goals both personally and professionally. It is why I chose his certification, I believe everyone can reach their full potential when they understand how to change their pattern of thinking and behavior that is holding them back in life.
I offer a 15 minute free telephone consultation to individuals or couples where there is an opportunity to decide if I am the right Life Coach for you and for me to learn about what you are looking for in our sessions. If I think I am not a good fit for you, I will let you know. This is about you and I will not take on a client that may be better suited with another Life Coach.
Please note that I do not take insurance but I do use Venmo, PayPal, CashApp or Zelle. My rates are on a sliding scale as I want everyone to have an opportunity to be happy and healthy.
