I'd love to get to know you and help you work through life's difficulties. I do have extensive background in social work, behavioral health, counseling. I decided to dive into becoming a Life Coach and also offer Hypnosis to help you with what you may be struggling with.
I approach working with my clients with a straight forward and honest method of communication. In order to help assist you with your goals, I find this most helpful because once trust is built through this type of communication the progression of your healing will increase.
Life Coaching: I do focus on the present, the here and now, learning ways to organize your life, educate yourself on taking on different tasks (even socially), help you recover from what you may be struggling with and help you find what you’ve been looking for.
