Portrait Healing is a transformative 4 session course designed to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing through a unique combination of introspective techniques. Developed by an artist and mental health advocate, born from her own mental health journey, this innovative approach aims to equip people with the tools to foster a tangible relationship with themselves.
Portrait Healing acknowledges the importance of a relationship with oneself, a concept often emphasized but frequently misunderstood. Just as building relationships with others requires time, effort, and understanding, nurturing a connection with oneself follows a similar path.

At the heart of Portrait Healing are tools such as the “How to Feel Feelings” Guide, True Mirror and video journaling, which serve as powerful mediums for individuals to explore their innermost thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through guided exercises and raw expression, participants are encouraged to delve deep into their psyche.
