Using the tenets of improv and self-determination theory, I help couples and families gain momentum and success as they navigate life's obstacles. I have a doctorate in behavioral health, and I conducted research on supporting motivation and psychological needs. I am compassionate and kind. My services are offered remotely and designed to fit each individual couple or family's needs and set them on the road to loving, effective communication.
