I take pride in meeting people where they are on their wellness journey. I am privileged to work with a wide variety of people just trying to do their best with making tough choices about health and wellbeing. I meet people who are bogged down by stress and responsibilities and just really aren't in the place to be able to place their time and focus on themselves. I also work with people who are conditioned and very aware of the choices they are making for their wellness. Whether you have had no exposure to massage or wellness practices or you are an athlete that has experienced many types of therapy, I can understand where you are coming from and meet your need. I feel honored to connect with both ends of the spectrum and help everyone in between.
I blend therapeutic deep tissue and myofascial techniques to encourage healing and repair of connective tissue. I have helped clients experience relief from issues such as carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, and common arthritic conditions without the need for surgery or other medical intervention. I also work with clients post-surgery to help prevent the buildup of scar tissue, which can create other chronic problems that show up after the healing phase.
Connecting with my clients in the quiet moments during our meetings is a special occurrence. There is something unique about my work and energy being focused specifically into the healing of another being. I am able to create awareness and educate in a way that other wellness professionals cannot because I develop such an intimate relationship with my clients.
