Hi Brett,

My specialty is deep tissue and Swedish massage however I also use pressure point and stretch therapy depending on what you need. I have a lot of experience with athletes with overworked and sore muscles. My massage is typically a very firm massage, however I'll make sure your body is warmed up and ready for the deeper portions of the massage. If you need additional work it will be provided at no additional charge. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I believe that the total mind and body experience that you get from a good massage is very healing and is what I aim for each massage I perform.
