Hi everyone!! I’m Michelle, A Licensed Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent and Process Server. Right now I’m not doing Mobile Notary Services. It seems I tried very hard to help everyone with this lovely service and no one was willing to understand cars need gasoline like we need water eventually to keep our brain functioning, lol. Especially when we were an hour away. So with that being said and you will like my service please get in touch with me. Other than that I will be working from my home office and appointments can be made. Time is precious so when I’m working I do take that into consideration with every Transaction that I do , whether it’s Wills, Oaths & Affirmation, P O A, Dmv documents, Hospital medical forms, Loan Signings, Property Sales etc. I do ask that appointments are made. I try to make it as simple and hassle free for all of us. I don’t like to be late to another clients appointment . So please make sure you have all your identification ready . A non expired-drivers license, or State Id, Military Id, and Social Security cards, I also ask for a current utility bill with matching address. If you need witnesses please make sure they have all of their Identification too. I would hate for you to come in or for me to come to you for your appointment and you don’t have everything you need and we can’t proceed with the Notarization .It is my job to make your life easier!
*There is a travel fee deposit if I have to drive more than 30 minutes*. ** Also, If I do come to you and you cannot provide all of the proper Identification and service cannot be rendered** .
**Travel fees and my fee will have to be paid**. When you make your appointment all is discussed and must be agreed upon via text by both parties.
