"I am a personal Chef at Carmel by the Sea and Monterey area.
I do the shopping, create the menu, set up and clean up my station, like to present verbally the menu to the client and guests ( if allow) and
do what ever it takes to run a smooth and enjoyable occasion.
I attended college at Palma de Mayorca, Spain to study Hotel and Tourism management for 5 years. ,While I traveled trough all Europe learning how to eat and educating my "palate" .
I Co-owned French restaurants in VA, rated with 4 diamonds by the Mobil guide for 12 years,i was at the front and back of the house knowing all the aspects of running a successful establishments.
Private chef in Miami for a high end individual for 8 years and worked in mega yachts as a free lance during the summers in order to get new experiences in tastes and cultures while traveling to different places.
I enjoy it teaching cooking classes as well.
My main goal is pleasing my client and guests with his suggestions and my creations.
To be creative, to work with fresh produces in order to nurture our bodies and to enjoy the taste and pleasure of eating well.
To meet all kinds of different people and cultures and of course, seeing the empty plate after .
