Zac Franzoni is an artist in and out of the kitchen. He made his mark in Chicago as an abstract painter, and now he brings the same creativity and focus to cooking. As a personal chef, he bridges the gap between these two art forms with Culinary Abstraction.

Zac has always searched for new ways to connect with his audience. He will collaborate with you to design the perfect menu. For any event - a private dinner for two or a luncheon for fifty - Zac brings his artistic passion from the gallery to your table. He also enjoys cooking for holiday events, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties and birthdays.

His specialty is Italian food, inspired by his family's heritage. Zac makes all of his own pasta by hand and pairs it with a multitude of flavorful sauces. However, Zac can also create customized menus to fit your needs in a wide array of cuisines, ranging from Latin Fusion to Southern comfort dishes.

Zac is also Certified in Food Sanitation and Safety and has a ServSafe ® Food Protection Manager Certification, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)–Conference for Food Protection (CFP)
