About Me
With over 15 years of professional culinary experience, I specialize in omakase sushi, multi-course tasting menus, and elevated European and Japanese cuisine. I’ve cooked my way around the world, including formal sushi training in Japan, and have worked in some of the most renowned kitchens in the U.S., including Atera NYC, Eleven Madison Park, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Momofuku Ko.
I’ve spent the past 7 years working as a private chef, crafting personalized, restaurant-quality dining experiences in private homes. I also work closely with a certified sommelier to offer expert wine pairings tailored to each menu.
I take pride in offering an elevated experience — from sourcing ingredients to plating the final dish. When it comes to hospitality and quality, you truly get what you pay for.
