About

Chef and owner started off cooking at a young age with my mother in the kitchen. Started as a baker 15 years old selling cupcakes in high school for 4 years then progressed in to catering and selling plates in my community. Participated in soup kitchens every Saturday at a local church. I enjoy giving back in every way shape or form . I collaborate with others every thanksgiving we have a food & clothing drive giving back those in need. Ready for the world to taste my food. I come from a Haitian and Cuban background food influences come from Haitian , Spanish, Jamaican and Italian . My food brings flavor and joy to everyone. It excites me to see people happy and belly full off my food.
