I am passionate about food and my desire is to care for each customer through providing the best food experience possible. With over a decade working in food and hospitality, I am able to create meals and events that are truly unique and most importantly, memorable.

Since culinary school, I have been working extensively with people who have food intolerances and sensitivities, as well as preferences. Maintaining compassion has been a key factor regarding this and has allowed me to be very flexible, yet meticulous in my approach to every meal. While cooking for some may be stressful and daunting, I find it to be therapeutic.

As of late, I have been teaching my nieces and nephews how to cook and bake, which requires tremendous patience, but worth every second.
