My Name is Chef T. Marie, born and raised in New Orleans, I moved to Dallas three years ago to bring some Cajun flair!
I started cooking at a very early age, but realized how passionate I was during the early start of the pandemic. Once allow, I enrolled with Dallas College to receive my certification. While attending school, I received the opportunity to intern with Celebrity Chef Tiffany Derry and Celebrity Chef David Anthony Temple. Less than a year after entering the culinary program, I competed in several competitions landing a spot in The World Food Championship here in Dallas! Since then, I’ve prepared meals for several top golfers at The Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, Ga and a few celebrities and top executives.
My slogan is “Let me take your Flava up a NäCH (notch).” I promise you won’t be disappointed with allowing me to cater to your taste buds.
