Nancy is a master of her craft and holds national certifications in both Group Fitness and Personal Training.
With a career spanning over 35 years in the fitness industry, Nancy's journey commenced in the early 1980s, instructing Aerobics and throughout the decades, she mastered an array of formats, Notably, her expertise is in Boot Camp, a specialty she honed for over two decades, accompanied by her spirited motto: "Keep up or Go Home."
Transitioning into Personal Training in 1990, Nancy has since influenced, transformed and guided 100’s of clients of all ages, from 12 to 100 years young. Her approach is deeply personalized, crafting workout routines tailored to each client's unique needs, aspirations, and journey, firmly believing that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. She specializing in weight loss, increased muscle mass, strength, balance stability, core strength, flexibility, toning, and cardio endurance.
Nancy's leadership extends beyond the gym floor; she served as the Aerobic Activity director and instructor for a major Fitness franchise and ventured as a guest instructor and trained at exotic vacation locations and resorts.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nancy's passion for fitness transcends into community engagement. From founding a Team running group, organizing local 5k and 10k races, to raising funds for local Animal rescues and Military endeavors, her impact is far-reaching. Presently, she continues to inspire through private training sessions in homes, clubs and vacation locations specializing in remote training via Zoom adds an extra layer of accessibility and convenience to her clients.
