About

we are the only private Fitness Studio in the area meaning when we do your training session its just you and your trainer you never have to worry about others watching you. We also have group classes Tuesday and Thursday at 630pm and Saturday at 10am we keep these classes at around 10 people or less to ensure everyone gets a great workout and stay injury free. we also have self-defense classes kids class is at 11am on Saturday and adults are by appointment.
