I work with clients and treat them as unique as they are. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all in exercising and getting healthy. I train the individual and work with his/her goals in mind while also being realistic with life and outside commitments. I help clients stay committed and dedicated, while creating lasting lifestyle changes. I also travel to clients to help them get in their workouts despite time constraints.
I enjoy working with people and seeing them reach their goals or accomplishing something they were not able to before. I enjoy spreading knowledge on how to be healthy. I also enjoy creating different workouts and working out in different places, from trails, to parks, to gyms.
