What makes my training style stand out is the attitude I bring to my work. I am a true professional. I take my work very seriously and my only goal is to get you the results you need. That means challenging workouts based on your level of fitness involving many different forms of training as needed in your workout: weight training, resistance band conditioning, balance training, speed drills, plyometrics, aerobic training, stretch work and many other techniques to help you get the results you desire. I do not take one single workout approach and apply it to everyone. Every person I work with is unique. That means every person I work with needs a unique workout tailored to their personality, ability level, and their goals. I am not only there to push my clients, I am there to support, motivate and educate as well. I care about what I do and it shows in my training and in the results achieved by my clients. Personal training and physical fitness is not just my profession it is a profound personal devotion. I am so passionate about health and fitness that I want to help others achieve healthier lifestyles and in turn, prevent illness and disease and really enjoy living. I am nationally certified along with having extensive training in Nutrition, Physical Therapy, Parkinson's and Diabetes workouts. I remain at the forefront of the industry's research, techniques and information.
