Exercise is a prescription. A prescription we need to take in order to stay healthy, to continue moving pain free, to prevent disease and to allow you to do the things you enjoy the most.
During our sessions I will keep you laughing and interested in the specific workout you're completing. I will educate you on why you are doing specific exercises and why they're beneficial to you and your body. Exercise is a mood enhancer and I'm here to help show you how much happier and energetic exercise can make you.
