I've been coaching people at all ages, with all types of fitness goals since 1988. I offer fitness training and nutritional support, 2 services for one fee as they fully depend on each other.
The workout routines include cardio, stretching and weight training of course; a diet regimen will be designed to boost this overall process based on your personal fitness goals. There will be an initial sit and talk meeting right before the first workout session to discuss your fitness goals, your health history, workout scheduling, and the strategies to be adopted to achieve these goals.
A phone conversation would start this whole process.
My fee:
a/ 1 session a week for $80 per session.
b/ 2 sessions a week for $70 per session.
c/ 3 sessions a week for $60 per session.
