Simply stated, I am very knowledgeable and secondly, I care. For example, many people misdiagnose the best way to train to lose body fat. People look at the number on the scale which I know means nothing. It is muscle and body fat and I know that someone’s goal should be to lose body fat, not pounds. The best way to lose body fat and maintain muscle is to circuit train, not the treadmill, elliptical or running. Sure, those will aid to lose weight and body fat but circuit training will aid to lose body fat and maintain muscle simultaneously. That was just an example. I also have a bachelor’s degree and studied nutrition which I will help you with as well. It feels so good to make people I train happy with their appearance. My heart is in it 100% and when I train you, you will have my full attention. Moreso, I am very dedicated.
