My approach as a personal trainer is to design a workout specific to the needs, limitations, and goals of each of my clients. I don't believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Each person is unique and what works for one may not work for another. So I work closely with each of my clients to determine what works best for them.
In addition to being a certified personal trainer, I also hold specializations in corrective exercise and weight loss training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I enjoy when clients see results despite their physical limitations. Whether they were limited by pain, an injury, or just a lack of desire to workout, it's always great to see a client achieve success!
