** During Covid-19, I am pleased to offer at-home and remote training sessions, following CDC guidelines.

I train my clients at a state-of-the-art trainers gym in the West Hollywood / Beverly Hills adjacent area. It offers great amenities and has ample parking. I also travel to my clients if they have a home gym or a gym in their apartment building.

I am extremely passionate about fitness. I take pride in seeing the change in each and every one of my clients. I love the physical change and just as importantly, the mental change, the confidence and happiness they exude when seeing the transformation to their bodies.

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I work with celebrities who want to be fit for a movie role, models who want to look good for an important shoot, executives in the entertainment and corporate worlds and stay-at-home moms. I meet wonderful people, and I love seeing the change in them and the joy that my workouts bring to them.
