After the pandemic shifted the fitness world, I moved my entire training program online. Now, I work virtually with a small group of serious clients—guiding each one through a customized and rejuvenating fitness journey using Zoom, minimal equipment, and smart, proven routines that never overwhelm.
My Method: Science-Based, Equipment-Optional, Heart-Focused
Every session is designed around you—your goals, your space, and your body. I begin by checking your resting heart rate and then guide you through a smooth flow of:
Gentle warm-ups that protect your joints and prepare your body
Foundational strength movements like squats, bends, and stretches (often using just light dumbbells or body weight)
Custom cardio bursts using your own equipment or bodyweight options like jumping jacks
Targeted sculpting for your core, arms, shoulders, and back
Cool-down and breathing that reconnect your body and mind, helping you leave energized, not exhausted
We work in three progressive stages, always staying within safe limits. This is not a “bootcamp.” It’s a wellness-centered, professional approach designed for real people—especially women over 40—who want consistency, confidence, and results.
What You’ll Need:
A small, safe space in your home, hotel, or gym
A smartphone or device with a camera (tripod recommended)
Headphones or AirPods for clear communication
Optional: light dumbbells, a stability ball, or any cardio machine you already have
I highly recommend wearing a biometric device (like a smartwatch) during our sessions. I built an app and training platform that helps us monitor your heart rate in real-time—so I can keep you in your ideal training zone and help you see the results.
